Mesa Rim believes that exercise benefits the body more than in a physical way. The gym promotes mental, social and emotional health. Giving Back

Mesa Rim is known for their engagement within the community. The facility has a  program to promote volunteering and donating within the community called “Get Out. Give Back.”  A noble philanthropic accomplishment is the $15,000 they raised for Over the Edge for Brain Cancer.
