Enjoy delicious and wholesome food in celebration of Reno Bites Week October 7th – 16th. The special week is a treat for foodies and pays tribute to tons of local restaurants and bars around Reno. The week ends with a Chef Showdown where top local Chefs from your favorite restaurant compete in the ultimate cooking competition.

The week is packed with events! A few favorites are: Oktoberfeast, a family style Family-style Israeli dinner with bottomless beer pairing; Food Truck Iron Chef, tasting and judging of local food trucks; Yelp’s Far East Street Eats, a free event celebrating Asian cultures, cuisine, and Asian owned businesses in our community. The first event of the week is the kick-off happening at several different local spots, where the restaurants will show off specialty items for $10.

The winning charity will receive a $4,000 donation from Sysco, a global food products distributor and a Reno Bites sponsor. Local restaurants and small businesses are what make Reno unique and keep our town thriving. Grab the family and take a break from your usual dinner and try out more local food options that are delicious, healthful and award winning.
