If you have paid a visit to the local farmer’s market at either the Summit or the Sands you may have came across the Bowling For Rhinos stand. The cheery volunteers are selling their vibrantly orange t-shirts and inviting you to come out and bowl.
October 28th and October 29th at the National Bowling Stadium there will be two opportunities to help raise money for the endangered rhinos and cheetahs. October 28th is an adult only gala event, with an optional costume contest. From 7 pm – 11 pm refreshments, dancing and both a live and silent auction will be taking place on Saturday. For a family friendly Halloween option, take the kiddos from 11 am – 7 pm Sunday October 29th. This safe and fun event will have face painting, raffle prizes and a trick or treat event.
