Midtown Tacos Opens in Reno

Written By: Farah Vitale

Midtown Tacos has officially opened in Reno in the old location of Midtown Eats. The owners, Sadie Bonnette and Ivan Fontana, leading Midtown entrepreneurs, own both Midtown eateries along with Death & Taxes. They decorated the taco joint with colorful Day of the Dead decor. The tacos are 2 for $6 or 3 or $8 but you can’t mix and match different tacos. Sounds strange but it’s because the kitchen is small and it’s easier for the chefs to make several of two types of tacos. With limited staff and space, they are trying to be the most efficient. The restaurant has a goal to be a quick and casual dining spot with quality food and taste.
