‘Be Fit Foods’ Moves to Downtown Reno

Be Fit Foods, commonly known as BFF Café, is making an exciting change to make its healthy food creations more accessible. They want to target their customers who are both health-conscious and on-the-go! Be Fit Foods is going to partner with Reno’s celebrity chef, Mark Estee.  Starting Saturday, July 1, Be Fit Foods has expanded their business from west Reno to a more central location inside Liberty Food and Wine Exchange.

Be Fit Foods now offers grab-n-go options in addition to the café.

The change is made for busy people who still want to be eat healthy on a time-frame. Many people struggle to eat healthy because it takes too long to make healthy meals or go sit and eat in a restaurant. Be Fit Foods decided to solve a common problem for many, with quality, healthy food in a time-crunch. This makes it so much easier for people with crazy schedules to grab a a quick healthy meal. This is perfect for people on lunch breaks, that work multiple jobs, or are just always on a tight schedule.

Their most popular item is the Fuelpacks. It is has many options with healthy ingredients such as salmon, whole grains, and vegetables. All ingredients for optimal health. Be Fit Foods has grab-and-go healthy meal options available from Liberty Food and Wine Exchange, while still offering online ordering at bffcafe.com. The owners are excited to bring their vision of healthy and fast food options to Reno. Now there’s really no excuse not to eat healthy!
