Finbomb Sushi Burrito & Poke Bar is giving Reno a refreshing alternative to the many local all-you-can-eat sushi spots. This unique place is new to Midtown Reno with a trendy new way to get your sushi fix. Finbomb Sushi Burrito & Poke Bar offers both build your own sushi burritos and poke bowls. They provide fresh ingredients and you get to order online and then pick up your sushi! Easy and delicious.

Pick your sushi wrapper or bowl, your rice, your protein, then your sauce!

It’s a great way to experience different flavor combinations and try something new every time. The goal is to have people in and out within eight minutes so they want a lot of people ordering on their phones. This makes it easier on both you and the chef. You select a sushi burrito wrapper (nori, soy paper, flour tortilla) or a poke bowl to start. Next you choose a style of rice and pick your protein(spicy tuna, grilled chicken, etc.). Then it’s your choice of sauce (mango soy, shiso tomatillo, etc.). Finish the wrap or bowl with some free add-on’s like green onion or won ton strips. Or you can add-on avocado or wakame seaweed salad for 50 cents each.

The menu will highlight awesome ingredient combinations such as grilled beef, sweet omelet, unagi sauce. You will be able to choose “sink or swim” with soft shell crab being the “sink” and spicy tuna being the “swim.” The restaurant opens in a week where Aces Tattoo used to be. RhinoHub, a local digital marketing agency, is working on creating an app so you can order from Finbomb on electronic devices.
